Conservative treatment and surgery are performed as soon as possible once the diagnosis is made, in order to get the most satisfactory results, whereas ordinary cases are seen in the Outpatient Clinics, which are supported by the latest diagnostic means available in the hospital, like laboratory services that include biological investigations, tumor markers, histopathology and BMD. Surgical procedures and treatments of different fractures are available using the latest devices and equipment in the operating room, all of which are consistent with universal standards.
Medical services rendered in the Orthopedic Department are composed of two main types:
1. 24/7 services for emergency cases like road accidents and trauma patients in the Emergency Department.
2. Outpatient services.
These services are supported by diagnostic intervention from the Laboratory and the Radiology Departments. The Orthopedic Department performs surgeries for joint replacements, like total knee and hip replacement.
We are pioneers in:–
Arthroscopic surgery, Sports Medicine, such as ACL (Anterior Cruciate Ligament) surgery, and Arthroscopy surgery for recurrent shoulder dislocations. They are carried out by distinctive doctors and professors.
Pediatric Orthopedic surgery, for the treatment of congenital deformities and other orthopedic diseases. spine surgery is done in collaboration with neurosurgery doctors, and plastic surgery and cosmetics are done in collaboration with the Plastic Surgery Department.
• The rehabilitation, after a surgery is carried out, in collaboration with the Physiotherapy Department.
• The treatment of chronic diseases and rheumatoid arthritis.
• Both long & short bones fixation with the help of latest C-Arm Machine
• Treatment of Children born with Congenital anomalies like club foot or congenital hip dislocation
• Musculoskeletal Abnormalities like Cerebral palsy in rehabilitation with surgical procedures
